Job summary

PT Volcom Indonesia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft banner imagery for our online presence, newsletters, and digital marketing assets. You will shape layouts for look books and catalogs, and assist on model shoots in Bali, blending photography with styling and web graphics.

You should bring a degree in graphic or visual design, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio. Fresh graduates welcome; Bali-based role with a dynamic retail/e‑commerce focus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or related creative field.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of experience in fashion retail or e‑commerce is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
Good understanding of web graphic standards, image optimization for marketplaces, and social media/digital marketing layout trends.
Strong typography, color theory, layout design, and an interest/basic knowledge in photography/styling.
A creative portfolio demonstrating layout work (look books/catalogs), web banners, and digital marketing assets is required.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality banner imagery for online platforms, including the Volcom website and marketplaces.
Design E-newsletters and other visual collateral for online and digital marketing campaigns.
Handle layout design and photo editing for mini look books and product catalogs.
Assist the creative team during model photoshoots for catalogs, indoors and outdoors.
