Job summary

PT. Golden Urban Karisma is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create clear, polished visuals for the brands we manage. You will work across social media, marketplaces, printed catalogs, brochures, and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, a portfolio including catalogs or printed projects, and a strong eye for typography and visual hierarchy. English communication is highly valued, and CapCut or basic motion graphics skills are a

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome; no experience required.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience designing multi-page catalogs and preparing files for print.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Detail-oriented, open to feedback, and comfortable managing multiple briefs.
A portfolio is required, including digital work and at least one catalog, brochure, or other printed project.
Experience with booth or large-format graphics is a strong advantage.
CapCut or basic motion graphics skills are valued.
English communication skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design social media content, marketplace assets, catalogs, brochures, and booth graphics.
Edit product photos and develop layouts that fit each brand's visual identity.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate technical requirements with printing and booth vendors.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to turn briefs into effective visual concepts; manage feedback, revisions, and final files across multiple projects.
