Job summary

SOMA Fight Club is seeking a junior designer to maintain a cohesive on-brand visual identity across platforms. You will design social media posts, digital assets, and campaign visuals, update menus and signage, and create print-ready materials for promotional events and campaigns.

You should have real-world design experience with a strong portfolio and be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, while ensuring brand consistency across all formats. Bali-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Real-world design experience (junior level) with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Comfortable working across digital, print, and operational design formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cohesive, on-brand visual identity across SOMA Fight Club and its platforms.
• Design social media posts, digital assets, and campaign visuals.
• Update menus, in-store signage, and other operational materials.
• Create visuals for seasonal campaigns, events, and promotions—digital and print.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, and print-ready files.
• Produce visuals for digital ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Assist during photoshoots and edit images for social media, campaigns, and print.
• Collaborate with the founder and social media team, and implement feedback.

• Support visual updates for websites, Google

My Business, and other online platforms.

• Assist during photoshoots and edit images for social media, campaigns, and print.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and social media team, and implement feedback efficiently.

Requirements:

• Real-world design experience (junior level), with a strong portfolio.
• Confident, efficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency across platforms.
• Comfortable working across digital, print, and operational design formats.
• Proficient in Adobe photoshop + Illustrator.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple brands/projects at once.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
• Must currently reside in Bali (carried over from the Videographer flyer format — confirm if this applies to this role too).
