Job summary

PT. Lalu Lintas Lancar is seeking fresh graduates to join our development team. You will work on Next.js/TypeScript frontend and Go (Fiber) backend, building features while maintaining a legacy PHP + vanilla JS application.

Ideal candidates have up to 1 year of experience and familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Go. You will write SQL for MySQL and PostgreSQL and collaborate on API contracts and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Development are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Go, or equivalent frameworks.
• React + Next.js basics: components, hooks, routing, data fetching
• Clean, semantic HTML/CSS and responsive layout
• Understands building and consuming HTTP/REST APIs
• Reasonable Go idioms: structs, interfaces, error values, goroutines at a basic level
• Can model data and write correct queries against MySQL and PostgreSQL
• SQL fundamentals: joins, filtering, aggregation, indexes at a basic level
• Understands relational modeling: primary/foreign keys, normalization basics

Responsibilities

• Build new user-facing features across the stack in Next.js/TypeScript and Go (Fiber).
• Maintain, debug, and incrementally improve the legacy PHP + vanilla JS application.
• Write and query MySQL/PostgreSQL; help keep data access correct and performant.
• Integrate caching and messaging with Redis/Valkey under guidance.
• Follow API contracts documented via OpenAPI.
• Participate in code review, testing, and mentorship from senior engineers.
