Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a finance professional in Sleman, Yogyakarta, to manage document matching, update financial systems, track deposits and payments, and assist budgeting and audits. Qualifications

Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate 3-way matching of documents including supplier invoices, taxes, goods receipt notes, and financial policies.
Update internal financial systems with daily transaction data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Keep track of bank deposits and payments.
Assist in the budgeting process.
Assist with financial audits.
Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
