A financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Junior Finance & Customer Support Manager to enhance client satisfaction and manage a team. This role requires 5-7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, and good communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will use their financial knowledge to assist clients and lead customer complaint handling. Working hours are from 9.30 AM to 7 PM.
