Job summary

A financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Junior Finance & Customer Support Manager to enhance client satisfaction and manage a team. This role requires 5-7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, and good communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will use their financial knowledge to assist clients and lead customer complaint handling. Working hours are from 9.30 AM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

  • Min 5-7 years of experience required.
  • Communicative and eager to learn about capital market.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer / Client queries are answered to their satisfaction.
  • Using computerised systems to access the details of customers.
  • Making daily finance report of client.
  • Lead team to handle customer complaints.
  • Referring customers to individuals qualified to offer and sell regulated financial products.

Skills

Experience in Big4 KAP
Teamwork
Good communication in English
Good knowledge with computer (Ms Office, Excel, Power Point)
