Job summary

Archi Indonesia is seeking a Drill & Blast Engineer to support safe blasting operations and production targets in a mining environment.

You will maintain blasting databases, monitor explosives inventory, and analyze reports to drive safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. Proficiency with Surpac, WipFrag, and ShotPlus is required, along with a valid Class A license and 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of drilling and/or blasting experience.
• Valid Class A Driver’s License.
• Experience with QA/QC in drilling and blasting.
• Proficient with mining software Surpac, WipFrag, ShotPlus.
• Ability to operate drones for blast video analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Drill & Blast Engineer to ensure safe, target‑driven blasting.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor the Drill & Blast database.
• Monitor explosives consumption and manage inventory.
• Prepare and analyze blast performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Assist in evaluating blast performance and cost optimization.
