Job summary

PT Global Tiket Network in Jakarta is seeking a DevOps / System Engineer to build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure. You will automate deployments, manage containers, and ensure reliability across GCP and AWS.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in DevOps / System engineering, with at least 1 year in related role.
• Strong scripting with Bash and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially GCP.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and ElasticSearch, and with MySQL.
• Experience with Ansible for automated configuration management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage infrastructure running on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
• Install, configure and manage supporting apps like HAProxy, MySQL, Nginx, Jenkins.
• Deploy internal apps with Ansible and implement automation scripting.
• Create and maintain detailed task documentation.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy code regularly.
• Enhance monitoring and optimize server builds and code deployment.
• Implement auto-scaling techniques and explore automation opportunities with GitOps.
• Research new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
