Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply (0–2 years of experience).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; basic to intermediate SQL.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, a data visualization tool such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in Jakarta or willing to commute to the Jakarta office for the weekly meeting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and consolidate marketing performance data from multiple sources (e.g., paid ads, social media, partnerships, and offline activations).
• Analyze funnel and channel performance, including reach, leads, conversion, cost per acquisition, and retention.
• Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities across channels and campaigns.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the marketing team on budget allocation and channel optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for the team and management.
• Support campaign planning with forecasts, benchmarks, and post-campaign analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in tracking and reporting.
