Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).

Service-oriented, patient, and comfortable handling customer interactions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.

Familiar with WhatsApp, email communication, and basic office tools.

Ability to learn fast and explain product features clearly to customers and partners. Positive attitude, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment
