Job Overview

Plan and implement the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, market share and achieve sales and distribution targets.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the targeted implementation of sales, pricing, promotion and brand equity strategies.
  • Improve existing products and conceive new ones.
  • Observe and analyze competitors' marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing budget, stock availability and distribution.
  • Evaluate the price strategy.
  • Coordinate with all managers on advertising programs and promotion strategies to achieve the marketing and sales target based on the predetermined budget.
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, all Engineering, Public Relations or any field with minimum GPA 3.0.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in brand development field, preferably on FMCG products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Always be ready to learn new things and to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Expert at analyzing data with Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office (Cengkareng, West Jakarta).
