Overview

As the Assistant Department Head of Brand and Category Management, you will play a key role in driving Optik Melawai’s brands to become the most preferred in the market. Your responsibilities include leading multiple agencies, understanding business dynamics, and spearheading innovations and activations to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities
  • Drive brand performance through consistent demand-generation initiatives, including social-first campaigns and large-scale awareness programs.
  • Ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) execution of innovation launches, covering product releases, launch campaigns, and visibility strategies.
  • Manage stakeholders and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and internal partners.
  • Monitor and optimize brand budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Strong curiosity and interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis
  • Ability to understand 360-degree marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
