  • Menggunakan alat digital untuk efisiensi tugas administratif.
  • Menyusun dan mengelola data penting terkait logistik dan verbal.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan klien dan vendor tentang ketersediaan jadwal.
  • Menangani keluhan yang berkaitan dengan penjadwalan.

Job Description:

  • Maintaining and updating digital workflows and client dashboard systems.
  • Utilizing digital tools (including AI) for administrative task efficiency, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Performing management of important verbal and logistical data.
  • Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure schedule availability.
  • Handling and managing complaints related to client scheduling.
  • Compiling, managing, and monitoring client agendas in full.
  • Implementing risk mitigation strategies through data completeness.
  • Preparing and ensuring the completeness of documents for the event day.
  • Delivering presentations on learned milestones.

Qualifications: Physical stamina; Teamwork skills; A positive attitude; Previous experience in event and organizations is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Managing the actual event to ensure it runs smoothly according to the rundown.
  • Coordinating with vendors and provide support to the client's families throughout the event.
  • Manage catering, makeup, attire, and other vendor services to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
