Junior Accountant and Administrative assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proficient in bookkeeping, has strong organizational skills, and can multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update entries in QuickBooks.
  • Assist in generating cash flow reports.
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Prepare event reports, tracking reports, and other ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Keep track of upcoming maturities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Administrative Duties
  • Handle emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain and organize company records and documents.
  • Assist in HR-related and Operations related tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, QuickBooks, and Excel (Excel formulas).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
