Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support the process payment runs (cheques, online transfers, etc.)
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payments
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment‑related queries
• Assist and collaborate with colleagues in the Finance Department
• Perform other ad‑hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the team’s overall objectives

Qualifications

• Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related fields
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• Fresh graduate with up to 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Good time management; able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
