Role Description
  • Act as the main technical liaison between clients and internal teams (product, engineering, and support).
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and map them to technical solutions within our product.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and technical guidance to clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, elevate to engineering teams, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor client system performance and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, best practices, and user guides for clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Information, Computer Science, or a related field
