General Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree with educational background relevant to the position
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Experienced in corporate sales with strong strategic planning, leadership and team management skills consistently achieve sales targets (SM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
