Job description

What You can expect as - Jr. Product Development Executive

• Support new innovative projects sourced from BU, Marketing and literatures.
• Participate in the meeting and forum for BIO base materials, CE activities globally, in order to generate the project pipeline.
• Elaborate R&D project documentation (brief, objective and approach), so as to better define and communicate the project content in the most efficient manner.
• Execute experimental prototype and evaluate its characteristics; report, discuss the results, and make proposal for the way to follow to achieve the goal within the allowed timeframe.
• Continuously analyze technology trends, patents, markets and competitors to develop state-of-the‑art innovative solutions.
• Evaluate new raw materials under supervision and be part of the discussion on the results with the supplier, in order to understand the reasons of successes or failures, and thereby increase Siegwerk know-how.
• Manager regular reporting documents with appropriate tools, to share the progress of the project in the most logical, clear and documented style.
• Participate in interface meetings with business units so as to share knowledge and experiences with other teams and departments inland and abroad.
• Participate in the industrialization of the newly developed product in order to guarantee the quality consistency and the technology transfer to the final users.

What do You bring as Jr. Product Development Executive

• Related Bachelor degree in Chemistry science or polymer chemistry
• Min 1-2 years, first experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Ability to provide innovation solution for the team
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
