Job summary

PT Intellinum Technologies Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on Java development, microservices, REST APIs, Web Socket, and relational/NoSQL databases in a modern cloud environment.

You will work across teams to deliver secure, high-performance backend services, implement CI/CD pipelines, review code, and mentor junior developers while ensuring quality technical documentation and designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 11/21+.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate / JPA.
• Strong experience with Web Socket and SOAP / RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL and Database Design.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Strong experience with ELK stack.
• Experience with messaging systems: RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ.
• Experience with caching system: Redis and Memcached.
• Familiarity with containerization: Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD with Jenkins, code scanning with SonarQube and Snyk.
• Strong experience with Linux commands and shell script.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Git, Maven / Gradle, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, high-volume transactional systems, integrations with third-party systems and SSO providers.
• Develop, improve security, scalable, reliable and high-performance backend services using Web Socket and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infra Team, Support Team, Delivery Team, QA and Product Management Team.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, high-volume transactional systems, integrations with third-party systems and SSO providers

About you
