Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based software consulting firm with a vibrant team in Bandung, is seeking a skilled Java Developer. You will design, develop and maintain mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and scalable applications for clients.

You should be a passionate coder with at least 3 years of experience, expert in Java and Spring Boot, and familiar with microservices, AWS and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Application Development experience.
• Strong server-side programming in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Event-Driven architecture, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Java and web development in Java.
• Nice to have: Microservices, Vue/VueJS, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mission-critical systems with high availability and performance.
• Deliver zero-defect, high-quality code and take ownership of deliverables.
• Own end-to-end delivery for modules, participate in CI, automate testing and deployment.
• Interact with business and tech stakeholders to meet requirements and expectations.
