Job Responsibilities

• Conduct new business development and client acquisition.
• Meetings in Japanese with Japanese clients.
• Identify organizational issues through employee surveys.
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses to discover and prioritize key challenges.
• Propose initiatives for organizational improvement.
• Provide ongoing support for implementing and driving organizational change.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Business-level Japanese skills (no certification required).
• Business English skills.
• Working experience as sales or consulting handling intangible products (first priority) or HR in any industry for more than 2 years.
