Japanese Speaker Marketing Supervisor - Leasing (A-124721)

Our client is a Japanese leasing company. Currently, they are looking for a Japanese Speaker Marketing Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers to generate new business.
  • Conduct feasibility studies of customers in terms of their credit worthiness.
  • Prepare initial proposals and credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, appraise credit risk of customers and present findings to superiors.
  • Follow up on collection of customer documents and visit customers to observe conditions firsthand.
  • Obtain confirmation from superiors regarding the disbursement amount, ensuring compliance with company rules.
  • Implement marketing policies and operating procedures aligned with the company’s business strategy.
  • Ensure payment collection from customers.
  • Prepare and submit marketing reports regularly.
  • Respond to and follow up on work requirements and instructions from superiors and management.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a Japanese company.
  • Conversational English skills for daily work (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Japanese communication and reading skills (N3 or higher); able to write and respond to emails with Japanese colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel (functions, data handling), PowerPoint (creating presentations), and Word (writing documents).
  • Work experience in Japan is a strong advantage.
