Job Overview
Our client is a Japanese IT Solutions company based in Central Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Configuring customized ERP solutions based on client business requirements.
- Integrating ERP with existing peripheral systems.
- Preparing and executing System Integration Tests (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Providing training and technical support to ERP end-users.
- Documenting ERP processes and preparing implementation progress updates.
- Assisting development teams with user requirements and system customization needs.
- Monitoring and following up on regular reports (weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Translating business documents when required.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Participating in study training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of skill development.
Requirements
- Business‑level Japanese and English (Equivalent to JLPT N2, TOEIC 800, IELTS 7.0).
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 2–3+ years of work experience in Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, or Production.
- Good understanding/experience in using ERP (SAP/Oracle/other ERPs).
- Good communication, teamwork, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
