Teaching Japanese as a foreign language to students via online with ZOOM application.
- Deliver lessons using the direct method to create an immersive classroom environment.
- Promote cultural exchange and cross‑cultural understanding, introducing Japanese customs and traditions.
- Enable students to achieve practical communication skills and equip them with language skills applicable to future study in Japanese schools or a professional working environment.
- Participate in lesson planning and other tasks required in a school environment.
- Evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and teaching methodologies.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Potential for permanent placement and advanced career with salary growth.
Minimum Requirements (Syarat Minimum) – Candidates must meet all of the following:
- Japanese language ability of native level or near‑native level.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1 Sarjana).
- Possession of one of the following qualifications:
- a. Major or sub‑major in Japanese Language Teaching at a college/university.
- b. Completed a Japanese Teacher Training Course or have at least 1–3 years of teaching experience in the same field.
- c. Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test with a minimum JLPT N2/N1 certification that is no older than 5–8 years (Applicants with only N4/N5 certifications should not apply).
Computer & Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge to operate Windows 10+ and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Understand Zoom functions and general IT skills.
- Commit to at least 10 class meetings each week (minimum 15 teaching hours) across morning, noon, afternoon, and night sessions.
- Work primarily evenings and weekends.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and other online lesson tools.
- Reliable unlimited internet connection and PC/Notebook hardware (working webcam and headset, virtual background without green screen).
- Complete at least two trial teaching sessions during recruitment, and undergo full training as per company standards.
Application Requirements:
- A detailed resume (English or Indonesian).
- Scan copy of JLPT Certificate (including score) and NAT‑Test Certificate (welcome).
- Other documents of previous skills/certifications/jobs to support recruitment.
- National ID/KTP scan/copy.
- Link to your previous teaching sample video recording (increased chance of interview).
- Link to a sample Zoom online teaching of a minimum 60‑minute session.
Salary Expectations:
- 10 meetings per week (one month): approximately IDR 4,000,000.
- If you stay and reach 10 meetings per month under our career system: up to IDR 6,000,000 and above.
- Per meeting rates: IDR 60,000 (Junior) to 150,000 (Senior).

Recruitment Process (6 steps):
- Interview 1 – introduction of applicant.
- Inspection of at least 2 mini‑meetings (30–45 minutes).
- Probationary teaching (45 minutes) with at least 2 meetings.
- Interview 2 – information about KEI and system structure.
- Formal agreement/work contract.
- Commencement of training.
