Job summary

A leading company in the automotive industry in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Interpreter/Translator. This role demands at least 4 years of experience, ideally within the automotive sector, and requires JLPT certification (N2/N3 preferred). Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms while being able to navigate cultural differences effectively. A focus on detail and professional English proficiency is also required. This position will facilitate discussions between Japanese executives and local managers while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Interpreter or Translator, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong understanding of cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient interpretation during meetings and negotiations.
• Translate documents from Japanese to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
• Act as a cultural bridge between the Japanese and Local Managers.
