Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Valuation & Deals Advisory team in Jakarta. You will drive valuation engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, while advising on deal structuring and strategic options.

You will prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members as you conduct market research and financial analysis to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proven valuation or deals advisory experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
