Responsibilities

Provide IT infrastructure support, including maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and equipment such as printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN networks. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including antivirus protection, warranty renewals, and system updates. Manage and support servers, communication lines, and PABX systems to ensure seamless operations. Maintain a strong understanding of network, server, licensing, database, and security fundamentals. Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications, including license renewals, to ensure smooth functionality across all office locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
