Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall platform architecture, including web/mobile platforms, APIs, booking systems, and third‑party services (Payment, CRM)
• Provide hands‑on leadership across the engineering team – conduct code reviews, mentor developers, enforce best practices, and set engineering standards
• Lead technical planning, define technical roadmaps, manage timelines and resources, and ensure quality delivery
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and creative technologists to align technical implementation with user‑experience goals
• Evaluate third‑party tools, cloud providers, and technology stacks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a tech lead / solution architect role
• Strong experience in full‑stack development (Node.js, React/Vue, REST APIs, database)
• Proven experience architecting web / mobile platforms from scratch
• Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
