Responsibilities

Manage, Design, Maintain, Monitor, and Troubleshoot On-Premises Infrastructure (Bare Metal VMs, Physical Storage - SAN) Manage and log all Sysadmin-related access according to SERA Guidelines and Rules Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor virtualization platforms or tools to manage all VMs (Hyper‑V & VMWare) Design, configure, and maintain accounts and servers using Active Directory Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot email (Microsoft Exchange and Office 365) Configure and monitor backups for all VMs and physical servers, as well as tape (Veeam) Design, configure, and maintain a Disaster Recovery Center (DC‑DRC)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Minimum of 1+ years of experience Experience managing Windows Server & Linux operating systems, Ubuntu, SUSE, and Redhat Experience configuring Veeam backup tools end-to-end (Media Backup, SAN Storage, Tape, and Cloud Storage) and understanding the DC‑DRC concept In‑depth experience managing projects involving Microsoft products end-to-end (Hyper‑V, Exchange, Office 365) Experience managing VMWare products, including configuring vswitches, SRM, datastores, etc. (Optional) Having System administrator certification is a plus Good personality (eager to learn, knowledge sharing, teamwork, reliable) Ready and willing to work overtime if needed Enjoys and is able to document everything, including work instructions or describe problems that occur and how to resolve them in the short and long term.
