Job summary

PT Yuanta Sekuritas Indonesia mencari IT Helpdesk/Support teknisi yang bertugas sebagai kontak utama untuk masalah IT internal. Anda akan menangani troubleshooting, pengelolaan akun, akses, email, keamanan IT, serta dokumentasi tiket insiden.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kerja di bawah tekanan, serta kesiapan bekerja di luar jam kerja saat periode pasar. Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di IT support menjadi nilai tambah; lokasi di Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Minimal D3 atau S1 di IT atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun IT Support/Helpdesk, pengalaman di industri sekuritas jadi nilai tambah.
• Pemahaman dasar jaringan komputer (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).
• Menguasai Windows dan Linux OS.
• Pengetahuan hardware server, storage, dan virtualisasi lebih disukai.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja saat diperlukan (selama jam pasar).
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat, sabar dalam menangani keluhan pengguna.
• Sikap pemecahan masalah dan inisiatif tinggi.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT issues (helpdesk)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and daily operational application issues
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls) and ensure optimal connectivity
• Manage and maintain servers (Windows Server/Linux), including virtualization and backup
• Support the smooth operation of trading systems and capital market-related applications
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email, and IT security systems
• Record and document all incident tickets, configuration changes, and IT procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for maintenance and procurement needs
• Support the implementation of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and applicable OJK regulations

Job description

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk (Experience in the securities/capital market industry is a plus)

Understanding of basic computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)

Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems

Knowledge of server hardware, storage, and virtualization is a plus

Able to work under pressure and willing to work outside regular hours when needed (especially during market hours)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patient in handling user complaints

Problem-solving attitude and high initiative
