Job description

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Performing configuration, implementation, integration and maintenance of all network security platforms and any other related software, such as Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, Anti-SPAM, Web Proxy, Load Balancing, VPN, Network Monitoring System, and other network security platforms.
• Plan and appraise ongoing assessment of firewall policy, VPN, SSL, intrusion prevention, web filtering, and other network component policies.

Requirements
