As part of our expansion, we are seeking an IT Supervisor to strengthen our operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Power Pro, OTA Insight, or similar)
• Proficient in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi), hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Experience in data security, backup systems, and IT compliance standards
• Able to manage CCTV, key card systems, and POS integrations for F&B outlets
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Capable of leading and supervising IT staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Flexible, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure with a service‑minded approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills to support all hotel departments
