Job summary

Job Connect by BINAR is seeking an experienced IT professional to contribute to innovations and drive organizational growth from its West Jakarta base. The role involves analyzing processes, detailing functional specs, and coordinating cross-functional projects in an on-site setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a solution analyst/designer/developer/architect, strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, and hands-on experience with Microservices and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Analyst / Designer / Developer / Architect, or equivalent role.
• Open to candidates with a combined background in IT Business Analysis, System Analyst, Product Management, and Quality Assurance/Software Testing
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide ideas/input for team improvements.
• Required Skills include Microservices, SOA concepts, and core programming principles.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
