Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Center (L1) professional to join our team in Jakarta. You will work with engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience while monitoring security systems, networks and endpoints.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in an IT Security Operations Center (L1), a solid understanding of cyber threats, and hands-on experience with security tools such as firewall, antivirus/EDR, DLP and SIEM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of IT Security Operations Center (L1) experience.
• Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities and attacks (phishing, malware, ransomware, etc.).
• Proficiency in technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with security tools: firewall, antivirus/EDR, DLP, SIEM.

• Proficient in security tools such as : Firewall (eg: pfSense, Fortinet) Antivirus & EDR (eg: CrowdStrike, Symantec), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), SIEM (eg: Splunk, ELK Stack)
• Ability to perform digital forensic analysis-Intermediate
• Have experience or understanding of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
