Job summary

A technology company in Jakarta seeks an experienced IT Security Specialist to manage security operations, oversee IT infrastructure, and work closely with headquarters. The ideal candidate has strong skills in IT systems and experience with compliance frameworks. Fluent English is required, and familiarity with Korean is preferred. This role will require on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate company‑wide security system based on security policies.
• Deploy and manage information protection systems provided by HQ.
• Plan, deploy, and manage on‑premises and cloud‑based server infrastructure.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or information security
Experience in designing and operating internal security systems
Hands‑on experience with server operation (Linux/Windows) and cloud (AWS, Azure)
Familiar with security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, DLP, and EDR
Solid understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
Fluent in English
Able to work on‑site in Jakarta, Indonesia

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCNA
Prior experience working in Korean companies
Experience in managing ISMS or other compliance frameworks
Familiarity with cloud‑based IT environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, etc.)
Fluent in Korean

Responsibilities

1. Information Security Operations

Establish and operate company‑wide security system based on HQ/group security policies
Deploy and manage information protection systems (including systems provided by HQ)
Develop and enforce administrative, physical, and technical security policies
Monitor potential data leakage or abnormal behavior of internal staff
Respond to and prevent external cyber threats or intrusion attempts Conduct regular security training and compliance audits

2. IT Infrastructure and Asset Management

Plan, deploy, and manage on‑premises and cloud‑based server infrastructure
Set up infrastructure to support digital map production systems and databases
Monitor system performance, manage backups, and troubleshoot issues
Establish and operate internal IT asset management system (PCs, laptops, servers)
Deploy and operate security software (antivirus, DLP, EDR, etc.) in accordance with policies
Document IT operation processes and maintain technical manuals
