A financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in software application projects. The role involves overseeing project activities from inception to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and have 2–3 years of relevant experience, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Software Application Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project activities, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing software application projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end software application project activities, from planning to execution and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, business analysts, infrastructure, and operations) to ensure project alignment.
Communicate project progress, issues, risks, and timelines to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, minutes of meeting, and change logs.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, scope, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid potential delays or issues.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, UAT sessions, and discussions with clients.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with agreed requirements.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably managing software application or IT system implementation projects.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal, communications).
Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is an advantage.
Additional Advantages:
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Experience with banking or financial industry projects is an added advantage.
