Professional Experience

• 5+ years managing software development projects, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
• Experience working with mining operations, processes, and industry-specific software solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of mining industry software systems (e.g., fleet management, mineral processing, safety monitoring).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hardware and IoT integrations relevant to mining.

Project Management Skills

• Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
• Risk management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Budgeting and cost control expertise.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.

Leadership and Communication
