Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
• 3–5 years of experience managing software or digital projects.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and data-driven or AI-enabled systems.
• Experience in healthcare or technology startups is an advantage.
• PMP or Agile certification is an advantage.
