Conduct risk assessment and draft mitigation plans.
Facilitate communication among technical and non-technical team members.
Manage routine meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure optimal resource allocation.
Track project progress against set milestones.
Identify bottlenecks and emerging issues.
Create regular status reports for management.
Ensure quality assurance and testing meet standards.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies.
Prepare user manuals and training materials.
Monitor project expenses and variances against budget.
Procure software, hardware, or services.
Maintain regular communication with business and end users.
Manage stakeholder expectations of deliverables.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Handle escalations and conflict resolution.
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
Certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) are a plus.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.
1-3 years of experience in IT or project coordination.
Relevant experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Support.
Involved in implementing IT systems, software development, or digital transformation.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Familiar with dashboard reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations.
Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.
Strong presentation skills in front of senior management.
Writing skills for technical documentation and business requirements.
Active listening and facilitation abilities.
Ability to lead a team without direct authority.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Continuous learner keeping up with technology trends.
Ethical with confidentiality of company information.
Availability for overtime and weekend work if required.
Background check and clean reference check.
Willingness to travel for project implementation across locations.
