Job description

We are seeking a qualified IT Project Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business system operations in Indonesia.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain full IT infrastructure (network, servers, conference systems, CCTV)

Localize, optimize and support core business systems (ERP MM, CRM, WMS, TMS, SIS)

Implement cybersecurity strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with Indonesian data regulations

Lead implementation of group and local IT projects

Coordinate with Group Headquarters (BPIT) and external vendors

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Minimum 1 year IT work experience

Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems preferred

Mandatory Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4/5 equivalent)

Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
