About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Banking Industry to join our dynamic team at PT Ikonsultan Inovatama. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology projects within our Jakarta-based organisation. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative initiatives and make a tangible impact on the company's strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely deliverables and meeting project milestones
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk‑management strategies to ensure project success
• Providing regular progress updates to senior management, and effectively communicating project status, issues, and recommended solutions
• Implementing robust change‑management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements
• Continuously optimising project management processes and introducing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
• Proficient in project‑management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of information technology systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges
• Familiarity with project‑management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable
