What Will You Do:
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement growth strategies focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product performance metrics and market trends.
- Execute growth experiments, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives to maximize impact.
- Design and implement campaigns to encourage and showcase user-generated content that drives product credibility and community engagement.
- Work with users to gather testimonials, reviews, and case studies that highlight the product's value and success stories.
- Integrate UGC into broader marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with product growth objectives.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across email, in‑app messaging, push notifications, and social media to enhance product engagement.
- Leverage marketing tools such as MoEngage, SEMrush and Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Benchmark product performance and marketing initiatives against industry standards to identify best practices.
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Support sales enablement with tools, resources, and insights that empower teams to communicate product value effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals, videos, and other assets to support campaigns, with a particular focus on UGC-related materials.
- Ensure creative outputs align with brand identity and growth goals.
Minimum Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage data‑driven campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Willing to work from Jakarta Office.
Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with marketing automation, graphic design, video editing, and animation tools.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing growth metrics, including acquisition, activation, and retention.
Soft Skill Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt.
