Overview
We’re looking for an IT Operation Automation Engineer with a hospitality background who can connect daily hotel operations with modern automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital systems that support hotel operations (PMS, booking engine, guest messaging, etc.).
- Design and automate workflows across departments.
- Integrate platforms using APIs and automation tools
- Maintain reports or dashboards for operational tracking.
- Provide technical support for system improvements and third-party integrations.
- Ensure system sustainability — monitor uptime, perform periodic system checks, and coordinate updates or fixes with vendors and internal teams.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality business processes, including hotel operations and F&B workflows.
- Strong understanding of BPM / workflow tools and workflow automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools.
- Familiarity with PMS / POS / CRM systems.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot peripheral connectivity.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and guest network experience.
- Basic ability to manage or interpret databases.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge IT and hotel operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or IT operations.
- Passionate about technology and improving the guest experience through automation.
- Practical mindset — able to design and implement simple digital solutions with available tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining smooth and reliable system.
