An international IT services company in Indonesia is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd line onsite support. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, manage tickets, and ensure smooth user operations. This role requires strong technical skills and at least 3 years of experience in end-user support. Fluency in English is essential, and the company promotes a social purpose in its operations.
As IT Support Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line onsite technical support to Enterprise users of desktop/laptop/PC, assisting with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, supporting mobile devices and managing tickets using the company's chosen IT ticketing tool. You will also coordinate and communicate with the central helpdesk team.
