Job summary

Michelin Indonesia mencari IT Officer untuk memelihara infrastruktur ICT, memastikan konektivitas jaringan, dan mendukung aplikasi bisnis seperti Microsoft 365 dan Azure AD. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan troubleshooting dan dokumentasi yang akurat, dengan penempatan di lokasi site di Indonesia.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki gelar sarjana TI/komputer dan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di peran ICT, serta kesiapan bekerja di fasilitas perusahaan dengan fasilitas housing on-site.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di Ilmu Komputer/Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Staff atau peran ICT sejenis.
• Anak buah: pengetahuan jaringan, keamanan, dan aplikasi perkantoran.

Responsibilities

• Memelihara dokumentasi infrastruktur ICT, topologi jaringan, dan manajemen aset ICT.
• Menjaga konektivitas jaringan dengan konfigurasi, pemantauan, dan troubleshooting perangkat jaringan.
• Memperbarui performa dan keamanan ICT melalui patching, antivirus, dan kepatuhan kebijakan keamanan.
• Mengelola Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Azure AD, dan aplikasi bisnis lain.

OUR TEAM:

In the IT Departement, we aim to ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations by maintaining ICT infrastructure, managing IT systems and assets, enforcing security standards, and providing responsive technical support to enable seamless business operations across all sites.

MISSION:

• Maintain accurate ICT infrastructure documentation, network topology, and departmental ICT asset management to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity by configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices, telecommunications, and wireless communication systems.
• Maintain ICT system performance and security through regular patching, firmware updates, antivirus management, and compliance with IT security policies.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Azure Active Directory, and other business applications to support operational efficiency.
• Provide responsive IT helpdesk services, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver effective ICT support to ensure business continuity across the assigned site.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience as an IT Staff member or in a similar ICT role (Experience in the plantation industry is preferred.)
• Technical Competencies: ICT network monitoring, internet connectivity, network device configuration, PABX, telecommunications, VoIP, application installation, antivirus management, network security, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
