Job summary

A leading logistics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Networks & Systems Administrator to manage network access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Competence in Cisco technologies and CCNA certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT work experience required.
• Preferably a supervisor specialized in IT/Computer-Network.
• CCNA or other networks/security certification is a plus.

Job Description

• Maintain and evaluate Firewall policies.
• Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of network systems and communications equipment.
• Technical documentation of Network Changes & Issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks.
• Perform helpdesk support to end-users regarding Network, Hardware, or Software.
• Manage network access over Network Access Control and Web Filtering.
• Work with vendor or provider for network matters.
• Resolve IT security issues and trends.
• Support system application access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 5 years or above of IT work experience.
• Preferably a supervisor specialized in IT/Computer-Network or equivalent.
• Cisco CCNA or other networks/security certification is a plus.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network.
• Experience in monitoring systems like WhatsUp Gold, MRTGs.
• Understanding of Network Routing, Switching, Security, VPN Tunnel (IPsec), Firewall, DHCP, Fail Over.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cisco Firewall / Switch Products and Technologies.
• Experience handling Voice Router Gateway ISR.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to converse in English to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region.
