At least 5 years of working experiences as IT Network / IT Engineer / IT Support.

Proficient in Computer Network, Windows Server, Active Directory, Manager Router Cisco & Mikrotik, VMWare, OS Windows & Linux, Firewall & Antivirus.

Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced and operationally critical environment.

Highly motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).

Willing to be placed on Cikarang, West Java.

Job Description

Provide technical support and maintenance services for desktop computers, laptops, printers and other terminal equipment to internal employees of the enterprise.

Responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance and management of network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.

Focuses on the operation and maintenance management of infrastructure such as servers and storage devices, including the installation of operating systems.

RepairsandmaintenancewithinitialinstallationofServerandComputer,LaptoporNotebook,andanyequipmentbetweenprinters,monitors,UPS,FingerprintHardware,andalltoolsrelatedtobeneeded.

Responsible for security system audit and ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures to meet customer requirements.
