Job summary

A technology company in Jakarta is seeking an IT Support professional to provide daily support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Active Directory, and good communication skills. Proficiency in English is required for regional communication. This is a contract position for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook/Exchange, and end-user devices.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, and access rights.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and network connectivity issues.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook/Exchange, and end-user devices. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, and access rights. Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and network connectivity issues. Support deployment, migration, and upgrade projects. Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalated issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field. 3–5 years' experience in IT Support / Microsoft Support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS (client & server), Office 365, and AD. Familiar with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN). Good communication skills & customer-oriented mindset. (Plus) Experience with Azure, Intune, or Endpoint Manager. English proficiency for regional/global communication.
