Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee all information technology operations within our company, which operates in the retail and manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP systems, Point of Sales (POS) solutions, and the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure all systems and network infrastructures function effectively and efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal delivery of IT solutions and services.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align IT strategies and solutions with overall business goals.
• Ensure all IT policies and procedures comply with industry standards, best practices, and company regulations.
• Plan, manage, and control the IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
• Conduct regular system performance evaluations and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Provide professional advice and technical support to internal stakeholders across all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing SAP systems (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and POS (Point of Sales) systems.
• Strong leadership experience in managing IT teams, including application, infrastructure, and support functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a collaborative, cross-functional (horizontal) mindset.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of SAP and Non-SAP system integration and overall IT infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and application implementation processes.
• Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal) is an advantage.
