Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 1 year in end-user support or IT operations.
• Strong working knowledge of networking, IT security, systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and telecommunications.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environment, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• A proactive team player with strong ownership and accountability.
• Willing to be on-call or provide support outside office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade and monitor the company network and outlets.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot ongoing usability of computers and devices.
• Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licenses and other IT assets inventory.
• Ensure availability of IT infrastructure services to authorized users.
• Source, manage and work with the designated vendors for IT infrastructure operations.
• Establish IT guidelines and security policies for employees.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned by the superior.
• Take action on onboarding & offboarding process.
